You will play an active role in delivering Digital Portfolio projects and work with cross-business and external stakeholders as required for successful delivery of project outcomes. There could be multiple concurrent short term PoCs to prove the business case for MVP, before scaling to business as usual. You will be part of the Digitalisation and Corporate Innovation team, led by the Chief Digital Officer.

 

You will use your data analytic skills to analyse, structure and model data contribute to relevant projects. A variety of use cases across the business are within scope for the two year programme.

 

Extraordinary Person

You must have 3 A-Levels in relevant subjects at Grade C or above, nationally recognised equivalents*, or appropriate demostrable experience.

 

You must also provide evidence of achieving Grade 4 (C) or above in Maths and English at GCSE level, or nationally recognised equivalents.

*eg. BTEC Level 3 at Merit or above

Our higher apprenticeship is a fully funded, nationally recognised apprenticeship giving individuals the opportunity to gain qualifications whilst undertaking on-the job training and development.  Working with a sponsoring manager who is an expert in their field you will complete a professional qualification supported by one of our partner training providers whilst learning key skills on-the-job.

 

During your programme you will benefit from a wealth of support through both internal and external networks. You will learn through a mixture of academic and practical training. In addition to the formal side of your Apprenticeship you will also undertake a core training programme, which may include placements in associated departments to increase your skills and business knowledge.  Apprentice forums with your peer group and workshops will assist with your personal, professional and technical development. In addition you will be expected to participate in community events where you will work with local charities or initiatives with local schools.
